Have you heard of the Beyonce Diet/Lemonade Diet/Master Cleanse Diet? It's a drink one makes from freshly squeezed lemons or limes, chayenne pepper, and grade B Maple syrup, and then drinks exclusively for about 10 days. I loved it. You must also drink bowel flushing teas and salt water flushes. I got much slimmer and now that I've been back on food for a few days, I miss the cleansing fast. I want to go back on it.
